I want to recommend three different apps that for me has become very useful, being a girl myself. All these apps are available on iTunes Appstore.
BMI Charter Lite
– Keep a track of where you are on the BMI scale. What is special with this app is the graph that easily show your weight variation tendency over time. Great for everyone actually! Weather your goal is losing weight, keep your weight stable of gain some weight. I myself, am trying to gain some because I am too thin.
Period Tracker
– Well, the name gives a good description of what this app do; keep track on your periods. So you do not have to even think about it! It is great for those who have a stable period. Makes planning for big happenings easier. You can just take a look at the calendar and see when you expect your period in the future.
Last but not least I will recommend:
Daily Count
– this application is a counter, for whatever you want actually. Calories, kilojoules, grams of fat, grams of carbs or protein. It has a few other advantages. I will explain how it works later.
1A) BMI Charter Lite
B)
The first you have to to is create your own password to prevent others from accessing. Then you of have to give som input on your date of birth, gender, height and initial weight (your present weight).
C)
When you press BMI, you will get a graph of your weight, from the time you started using this application. If you only have inserted one weight you will only see a dot wherever you find yourself on the BMI scale. But with two or more inputs it will start look like a graph. I have used BMI Charter Life for almost 300 days, and have had a stable. My own graph looks lika a straight line
D)
If you want to delete your information and start all over again, push Maintenance. You can either choose to reset all your data Excluding the Initial Setting, or you can delete all your data included the Initial Settings.
