Cydia is sort of an open installer for the iPhone. You can add your own repositories or sources which will add more content to Cydia.

Now, to add sources on Cydia do the following.

Start Cydia

Press manage

Click Sources

Press Edit, and click add. You will now get up a new window where you must write in the source you wish to add. In this example I’ve used the sleeper source.

Once you are done, click “Add Source”, and the new source will be loaded within Cydia.
